I do not permit my artworks and designs to be used for any activities involved in NFTs and AI.

All cash payments will be done via Paypal invoices in EUR or through my Ko-fi shop.

Purchasing a design means you retain licensing rights to the design.

Designs may only be resold if they were obtained using money. Designs not obtained using money (i.e. obtained via trade or gift) cannot be resold.

Designs may not be resold for higher than they were purchased for. Additional commissioned pieces of the design can add to the design's resale value.

Refunds from me or guest artists are not permitted.

Designs may be held for a user for 48 hrs (extensions may be discussed).

Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.

I am not responsible for any fraudulent activity or chargebacks from third parties.

Violations to the Terms of Service will result in being blocked and having your username be posted in my public blacklist.

I have the right to revoke ownership of my artwork or design if the client violates my Terms of Service.

Payment plans are accepted for designs valued at €150 EUR and above.

A minimum upfront deposit of 25% is required.

Design valued under €300 must be repaid within 2 months.

Design valued over €300 must be repaid within 3 months.

No refund will be given for any failure to fulfill the payment plan.

Full character ownership and the transfer of unwatermarked files will not be given until the full payment is complete.

Each user is limited to one payment plan at one time.

Payment plan requirements for co-owners are the same as for single owners

Please, note that the prices won’t always be the same. The exact price can vary depending on how complex your commission is. The price list is made for you to have an approximate understanding.

Small changes are free but if you want to make some bigger edits it will cost extra money, prices are negotiable.

Time required to complete one commission can vary depending on its complexity.

Cancellation of the order is possible only before payment.

I’m allowed to post wips or finished commissions on my social media (I will add a watermark).

If you want to post it, please tag me (if it’s not instagram or twitter, put a credit).

Commercial use is only available at a special price. Unless discussed in advance, I do not allow using commissions for commercial purposes.

(Important note: I DO NOT allow my works to be used for NFTs or AI under any circumstances or conditions. If you support NFT and AI, look for something else.)

Any aggression and rude behavior can affect the order process and even cause its cancellation. Please, let’s be patient and respect each other.

Please, start right away with your descriptions and clear idea in the first message, that will be much faster and more convenient. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions if you’re not sure about something. But before doing so, make sure you carefully read all the information on the site.

First, you tell me your idea and send me some references you’d want me to use. Remember that the more information you give me, the better the final result will be. Don’t hesitate to tell me as much as possible, describe your character(s) / composition / colors / mood etc. to the fullest, I’ll only appreciate it! When you'll give all references, you can send me the full amount via Ko-fi or Vgen!

Process! Once payment is made, I’ll start drawing. During the process I will keep you updated with the progress and ask some questions if needed. This will allow you to control the process and make some small changes. Note that some huge / complex changes might require an additional payment.

As soon as I finish the order, I will send you a png file in dm and via email (for better quality). Please, don’t use it for commercial purposes! If you want to post it, tag me (if it’s not instagram or twitter, put a credit).

Every time I start a commission I send the sketch for telling you I'm drawing for you, but I'm slow because I study too, so if you need your drawings soon, the “Rush to the top of the waitlist”-fee: 15 OR “top of the waitlist + deadline”-fee: 30EUR

Yes of course! Source files will cost 5EUR for each format you chose, but dividing each part of a body will take me much longer, for every drawing’s format the cost would change (+50EUR for ‘headshot; chibi / +100EUR for ‘waist-up; tight-up; full body.)

Of course you can! As long as it’s for private use only, you can print your piece or even get creative with it: use it as a wallpaper/phone background, print it on a shirt or tote bag, etc. and for your social network (instagram, twitch ect.)
